Works Commence at Wyre district Children’s Home…

Bambers Building Contractors are pleased to confirm that refurbishment works have commenced at this Children’s Home in the Wyre district.

The project will deliver a significant programme of improvements aimed at enhancing the building’s functionality, safety and overall quality for residents and staff. The scope of works includes a full internal refurbishment alongside a complete reroofing project to improve the long term condition and performance of the property.

Additional improvements include the upgrade of the fire alarm system, installation of new flooring throughout, and the fitting of a new fully equipped kitchen. The first floor layout will also be remodelled to provide a more effective use of space, while new windows and doors will improve security, energy efficiency and appearance.

As part of the external works, the existing porch will be removed, helping to modernise the building’s entrance and overall frontage.

The refurbishment forms part of a wider investment in improving children’s residential facilities, creating a safer, more comfortable and sustainable environment for those who live and work within the home.
