A significant refurbishment and external improvement scheme is now well underway at a property in South Shore, with works progressing across both the interior and exterior of the building.

The project involves a complete transformation of the property, designed to deliver a modern, safe and high quality finish while improving long term durability and functionality.

Externally, safe access scaffolding has been installed to enable extensive re pointing works, alongside the replacement of fascias, gutters and rainwater systems. Additional external improvements include landscaping upgrades, drainage improvement works and the installation of a new garage door.
