We are incredibly proud to announce that Bambers Building Contractors has been named SME Employer of the Year at the prestigious Lancashire Apprenticeship Awards.

Receiving this award is a huge achievement for our business and a reflection of the commitment we have made over many years to developing and supporting apprentices across the company.

Apprenticeships are far more than just training programmes. We are passionate about creating opportunities for people to learn new skills, build confidence, gain valuable industry experience, and develop long term careers within the construction sector.

Our apprentices play a vital role within the business, bringing enthusiasm, fresh ideas, dedication, and a positive attitude to projects and teams across the company every single day. Watching them grow, progress, and succeed within their roles is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.

This award recognises the collective effort of our apprentices, mentors, managers, and wider team, all of whom contribute to creating a supportive environment where people can thrive and develop.
